Mendota Unified School District Transfer Permits
The transfer process will need to start at the district the child(ren) reside with the exception of the Employment-Related Transfer. Employment-Related Transfers start at the district of parent/guardian employment.
Here you will find Mendota Unified School District's Transfer Permits. Interdistrict Transfer Permit is used when a parent/guardian is requesting for their child(ren) to attend a school in an other district outside of MUSD's boundaries. INTRAdistrict Transfer Permit is used when a parent/guardian is requesting for their child(ren) to attend a different school within MUSD but not where the child(ren) resides (the school assigned to the area based on address). Employment-Related Transfer Permit is for Mendota Unified School District employees only. Transfers must be approved prior to new enrollment.
Steps to Transfer
1. Fill out the appropriate transfer permit
2. Submit transfer permit to Mr. Anguiano
